I can but I traditionally do homework while playing so generally only get on during team events (eg training HA FL etc.)

I have in the past with fleetmates for leveling purposes and HA purposes but these individuals should not still have that info

I can play any type (I just don't like fw cv, hence the crewless tico)

I heard there was an impression that I wasn't taking this application seriously. I apologize for that, I haven't done an app in years (since I originally applied to UNF). In terms of only being 108 after 3 years, that is a result of me having grinded a US CV crew to 95 twice before deciding I just don't like CV. I have also started and sold MN, RU, and IJN crews and have only gotten premium when a fleetmate has been able to help me out (not often) or an event gave it to me.
